I like assisting people to do the same. Freedom of movement and expression is so liberating!

In Massage School I started an ongoing journey of self-love and confidence which helps me to be more generous and able to give.

I have a husband and two sons and we play outdoors a lot.

I love hiking, skiing, dancing, yoga, travel, and talking with people.
